Dark, lurid pink--almost red, actually. Ripe red berries, cherry pit and tangerine on the deeply scented nose and in the mouth. In a plush, open-knit style, but with dusty mineral and bitter quinine notes adding back-end cut and grip. Rich yet dry and taut, finishing with very good thrust and echoing minerality.
