Refund policy

We offer exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase for wine that is no more than 15 years old. It must be return to us in its original condition with the original reciept, any opened bottle will not be accepted. We do not offer refund under any circumstances. All our wine are inspected for quality, but we do not guarantee the quality of the contents due to the nature of these items. All items shall remain Avize Limited's property until all sums due are paid in full.
