Disgorged in May 2019 with 4.5 grams per liter dosage, the 2015 Brut Rosé Campania Remensis is showing brilliantly. From a south-facing site characterized by sandy soils over limestone bedrock, it wafts from the glass with a beautiful bouquet of pear, red apple, fresh mint and pastry cream. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, pillowy and charming, with a crisp core of fruit, a delicate mousse and ne-boned structure. This is one of the finest rosé wines I've tasted from Bérêche.
